OPCC TAX ABATEMENT EXPLAINER

To help explain a complex political issue to their constituency, Up North Creative helped build a down-to-earth explainer video using larger than life icons and elements to make the issue approachable. With a clean color palette and a balance of detail and simplicity in the icons, an abstract concept starts to be understandable and real.
